Over the next 5 days I saw a HUGE decline in her health, I would constantly ask staff what was going on and they told me she was weak from the hospital. My grandmother started talking out of her head like she had dementia, I mentioned this to staff and they told me this might be her new reality. I was very concerned for her but at each step I was being told to "trust the process." Fast forward to her final day at Lexington Premier, she is completely non verbal and bed bound.
The food is considerate and pretty good. They have four garden areas and lots of sunshine. They have a church service, and they play bingo often.
